UPC increased prices without warning

    Have you noticed that UPC has increased all their TV and broadband prices? Can they do this without sending us prior information???

    Actually, read the T&C, they can.

    The new prices were on UPC.IE and here since the start of December. And the prices increase every Jan without fail, so they were expected.

    Also there were notices in the media i think.

    i got notification of the new charges with my bill and i am not impressed.

    They are suppposed to give 6 months free broadband and TV for all the mental upset and aguish they have given but i cant face ringing the again
