Anybody know where to get a remote control for a Pinnacle Showcenter 200?

I've just spent 3 days trying to get hold of their tech support (what a carry-on!) and I'm having no joy at all.The showcenter is just sitting gathering dust without the remote and is totally useless, anybody know where I could source one? I've even thought of those universal remotes but I need the original to be working…
