A MSN problem

    I have got some problems with MSN Messenger version 7.5 (the newest version, .0324). I installed it to my computer and when I tried to browse for a new picture to change my MSN display pic. When I clicked on the "Browse" button, MSN closed for itself. Everytime. Then I was trying to do the following thing: Help-> Send Feedback. The same thing: MSN closed for itself.
    And everytime when I sign in again, my display picture also has been changed.
    How I could get rid off this problem?

    8.5 is latest official verson but there are very stable versions of 9 here http://download.live.com/?sku=messenger
