Looking for some advice on this, have been laid off injured twice recently. so out last six weeks bar just being able to jog 8/9 min miles. Im aiming to get back to fitness very quick to run Intermediates and then Interclubs. So Ive 4 weeks and 6 weeks, and am looking for some ideas as to how to get back speed and sharpness asap to be able to get as close to mid table in the above races where I was last yr.......and avoid gettin lapped..tempos all the way ?? miles of mud work? races before?? or is it too soon and forget it ??

Any one with previous experience of this bearing in mind my lack of natural pace...

    Brutes,
    You need two new legs.
If you're lucky, maybe somebody here might help you out.

Anyway, take it handy coming back.
The best thing you can do are easy miles, and try to avoid injury.
Rushing back will almost guarantee another injury.
