Drag and drop to CD

I have a new Iqon PC. It will not allow me to drag and drop files to a CD-R, only to DVD. I sent it to the support company Healo, but that did no do much good. Can it be something to do whith the Antivir PE classic and Windows Vista. I uninstalled the BullWork antivirus, which came with the PC, when the trial period was…
