Unfortunately events beyond our control have meant that we have had no choice but to find another venue for The European Deepstack Poker Championships. They will now be held at The Red Cow Hotel in Dublin which is not too far from the original venue. The main event will be held in the exhibition centre. The dates and times remain the same. Feb 5th-8th.

The Green Isle will refund any bookings if players wish to change hotel. The room rate for the Red Cow is €89 per night with breakfast, €79 without. Just phone +353 (0) 1 4593650.

As I am sure you can understand this decision was not taken lightly but it was necessary. For legal reasons I cannot divulge why this change has had to be made.

Fortunately the Red Cow has stepped in and GJP and JP McCann have a great relationship with this hotel and we are looking forward to running a great event for all the players that attend.

If anybody has any questions then please email mike at greenjokerpoker dot com and I will answer them as quickly as possible.

I think this will actually be a better venue IMO as the hotel have catered for previous tourney organisers....looking forward to it.

Red Cow is great venue, much easier to get to via Luas too.

I would have thought this was the first choice, so certainly no bad thing as far as anyone should be concerned.
