Ok I have a silly enough question here.

I'm looking to get an external hard drive enclosure for a hard drive I have from my old computer and just have a question.
How do you know whether the Hard Drive is a 2.5" or a 3.5"?
Is it as simple as measuring it? :o

No worries. Incidentally, the dabs value ones on www.dabs.ie are the ones I use and I find them excellent.

You could try Komplett or SVP.co.uk for the enclosure.

Note: make sure it's the correct type, IDE or SATA
the ide drive will have the 40 pin connector
