Best Sports Bra

I have never found a good enough sports bra. I never seem to get a good/total reduction in bounce, and I've always bought high intensity bras. It's not like I'm a massive cup - I'm a C, but the ones I have seem pretty useless. (Currently 2 each of champion and adidas, 3 of them are racer back).

Anyway - I need to buy a bunch of new ones, does anyone have a fantastic sports bra recommendation for a mid-cup? Thanks ladies.

I use Berlie sports bras. I find them very good for support. I picked mine up in Australia but I'd say somewhere like Arnotts would have them. http://www.berlei.com.au/Product/ViewProduct.aspx?id=Y535J

I'm a long distance runner and a D cup. I get the highest support ones in M&S and think they're great. Definately do the job for me. Shock absorber are the only other ones I've tried and there is no way in hell that they're worth almost twice the M&S price.

i am a runner also, C cup and would agree with about the Shock Absorber - no support at all. I also find M&S sports bras very good. I recently got measured in Arrnotts for bras and got a triump sports which i have to say is brilliant

Berlei Shock Absorbers are the only ones worth considering. I run and do Taekwon Do and never a loose moment. Pricey but they do last.

Edit - I should add a DD cup and I use a level 4 shock absorber

I use the Berlei shock absorber (DD). Absolutely necessary kit for an equestrian.

Ditto - I wear the M&S maximum support ones, and they do just the job at keeping my boobs (D cup) in place when I'm running.

    You're a girl!!

I use Shock Absorber. I'm big E cup and it brings me down to looking about a C cup.

    Shock absorber ftw!

TK Maxx does a few of the Shock Absorber bras (usually for about €12) from time to time too, worth a look especially if you're an odd size.

I play alot of sports and I was searching for a really good sports bra for ages too. I didn't find any that come close to comparing with the ones from Change, it's unreal, no movement whatsoever. They've opened that new lingerie store there on Eglington St here in Galway, so no more black eyes from running ladies! :-)
