    Does anyone know if Premier Golf at Red Cow is closed / moved? Can't get dial tone on their phone line.

    Yes it's been shut down a few months ago. Didn't move. Pretty much went out of business.

    didnt they moved to kilcoole. premier golf pro shop is there now

    Premier golf had 4 stores, the Branch At the Redcow Closed in July 08', Santry, Kilcoole and Newbridge still trading:p

    Apologies for reopening a thread that is a few months old.

    I went to Premier Golf in Santry during the week and there was a sign in the window that the shop is "closed until further notice".

    Anyone know whats going on there? Have they gone under?

    I know that nobody would extend credit to them for months and generally the store had more staff than customers. It's been coming for months.

    Was in there Christmas 2007, and they had a huge selection, was great as they would tape up and allow you to try anything. Was in there Christmas 2008 and I wouldn't touch anything they had.     The Company went into liquidation about four weeks ago, all three remaining branches closed. I believe there is going to be a liquidation sale outta the Santry branch, don't know when, But i believe they have next to nothing to sell. :p

    I can't get over all this talk about liquidation sales. These shops failed and now people want to go in and buy the dreggs of stock that they had left. I keep seeing mention of stores with no stock and now everybody is quing up to get a bargain among the rubbish that is left?

    Was in on Saturday and it looks good. At least i & fellow Kildare residents dont have to go to Tallaght for a reasonable selection of golf balls to American golf, which is still a fine shop btw.
