Problems with flow of water to shower

    Hi all,
We're living in a rented apartment and have just started having problems with the flow of water to the shower. The shower is non-electric (runs off the thermostat) - when I try to turn on the hot or cold taps the pump struggles and nothing happens.Strange thing is that the pump kicks in fine for all other taps, hot and cold.Doesn't appear to be a leak anywhere and the seals on the shower are tight to the point I can't disconnect the hose.Been living here over a year, haven't had this problem before. Will probably have to get the landlord to deal with this, but if any of you guys have a suggestion it would probably be quicker.Would appreciate any suggestions you might have,
    Thanks!

It might be possible that the nozzles in the shower head have become blocked with grit or calcium over time, typical if flow has degraded over time.
Take the head off the hose and clean, Cilit Bang grime and lime is great for removing calcium deposits.
