about a year ago they slightly restricted my account, saying they wanted me to fax them ID, bill/statement, etc (something about more than €1000 going through my account since the KYC was set up) this was coming up on the site, so was legit don't have access to a fax machine, so used their other option of uploading it and…

this was coming up on the site, so was legit

don't have access to a fax machine, so used their other option of uploading it and sending it, but every time I tried to do this it was the wrong type of file

so I just ignored the monthly emails, til a few weeks ago, when they sent one sayin they were lifting the restrictions

so it just has me wondering why they were asking for this info in the first place?
