I would say everyone is different but that a few principles will be the same for most. Eat less, exercise more. Calories in, calories used. You should try and exercise as much as you can, 3 to 5 times a week. Eat better, more fruit veg, less bad food such as fried food and "fake food", such as frozen meals for example, which may contain lots of additives.

If you really really want to sort your body out, then take the advice and cut out all the bad food. (Pasta, rice etc.)

Life isn't easy, if you want something you have to put a lot of effort in to get it.

Just look at any of the success story threads..."Lost 4 stone in the last 18 months. Did it by cutting out all bad food and worked out like a mutha!".

If you can keep to a strict diet and workout routine for a month then it becomes easy. It will be tough for the first while...but that's the whole 'effort' thing I mentioned.

the advice you get here is how to achieve the 'perfect' diet. You'll be told exactly what is and isn't good for you in simple terms so you have all the information. You can then apply this to your own diet e.g. ill keep pasta but cut out bread. Nobody expects you to eat perfectly 100% of the time.

    Soups, soups, soups :)
    1. Steam the veg,
    2. Soften some onions by boiling in the water you've steamed the veg with.
    3. Blend it all together
    4. Add pepper or spices to taste

Seriously delicious, have a side plate of tuna etc. (no mayo ;)) If you have to have bread, try a wholemeal pitta or wrap :)

Everybody need their veg Fatloss, without your nutrients you won't get anywhere.

My advice to you would be to start making changes gradually. If you change everything at once, then yeah, you will find it hard, and you'll probably give up.

Start by doing some weights and cardio, but try to find a routine you enjoy (read: don't totally hate). Then have a look at portion sizes; from what I can tell few slim people are that way because they eat ZERO sh!te, it's because they eat less of it and less in general.
Then as you get used to these changes, make a few more, and so on until you have a genuinely healthy lifestyle.
