Where would be the best place in the city to go for a fry-up? In terms of quantity and quality! :D

Is that the newsagent-type place near St John's Hospital or am I way off track?

What time do they start and stop serving their fry-up?

She opens at 7:30am and as of recently she has been telling me she is suffering with lack of business and she is concerned about the hospital services being curtailed because she relies on that business.

It is a basic greasy spoon. Dont expect too much. Its a bit grubby in there although the food prep areas are clean.
