Stretching!!

    Hey all, just a reminder to everyone, mostly beginners, don't forget to stretch out before and after skiing, i forgot to today when i went for a days boarding and now my leg muscles are killing me, it does help and i usually start stretching a couple of days before i go on a ski holiday. I need some Deep Heat!

    Drink away the pain! That's what we all did on our first trip! :D Although each successive morning was agony, after one or two runs you loosen up! :D

    But seriously, stretch, stretch and stretch again!!

    They do indeed, although, beware if drinking in em. You stand a very good chance of going light headed or even collapsing completely when you get out! Speaking from experience!

    My I do sound like a right drunk!
