So i was looking through my CD's and found an album that I haven't listened to in years. The album in question was John Forté - Poli Sci.
I remember back in the day that i thought that this was average, but listening again it is actually quite brilliant. I remember the lead single Flash The Message as being a cheese-fest of the highest order, but now my opinion has changed, it's a quality tune, very well produced, the sample is used well and the lyrics are fresh.

But that is not the highlight of the album, there is a song with Fat Joe which is excellent. Now this is the Fat Joe that was awesome back in the day, not the blingtastic we know today.

Listening to this compelle me to look at his bio, turns out Forté was arressted and scentenced to 14 years in the big house for cola trafficing! Although, he has since been released after some lopehole in a law passed by George Dubya Bush.

Anyone remember this album fondly? Or, any other albums that you have dusted off and listened to after years of sitting idle?
