hi all ive been lurking here for over six months and have benefited from the abundance of info on this forum as ive lost almost two stone in weight (14.5 stone to 12.5)and would like to thank all involved

only problem is im getting bored of going to the gym alone and its putting me off going tbh

ive asked friends/family but they would rather spend their free time in the pub

so im going to be brave and see if any boardies are in a similar situation and maybe go together on certain days

im male late thirties and im member of total fitness castleknock/malahide rd (doesnt matter which one)and i try to go at least 3/4 times a week in the early evening

i usually do about 45 mins on weights machines and 60/70 mins cardio

    anyone interested pm me

    cheers

Maybe it would help if you set yourself the goal of taking part in a race or competition.

Could you partake in any fitness classes/circut training classes that the gym offers? You might meet a guy, or even a group of lads who go to one to hang out with, and you could train with them.
