    What built ROI in the past was dedicated civil servants and hard workers who had ethics in the past .Then along came the Charlie brigade who invented the zenith of blag the numbers and grab what the gougers can get feck the ethics and the rest is history.Even today slevin we must not wash the Anglo banking laundry in public shows us charlies boys are alive and well and covering up the dirt as fast as possible so they cant be seen for what they are gougers at the top blagging all the world for what they can get .It might fool the locals but the rest of the world sees the scam is over and wont come back untill the whole show is cleaned up.
