cocktail dress..suitable?

    Is this suitable for a cocktail ball. I really like the dress but I'm not sure if it's too long. I'd really love some honest advise!!!

    Oh my gosh, this is very similar to a dress my friend was explaining to me and we are going to a ball too!!
    If you think its too long then you maybe need to make it a little less formal.. maybe some funky jewelry or something?
