seemingly turned into a total crapshoot, 4 way chop for 40k each played on for 17k, Jude dogged im monster pot to exit, still a super payday, good work imo

Unless they had severe trouble getting rid of players, that terrible it turned into such a crapshoot for a 2k buy in event.

Should the TD step in and re-adjust the clock? Or not? (if televised I'd imagine not)

We have it good here, most tds understand the game and are flexible to some extent if the amount of play deteriorates badly. I'd imagine this flexibility is unique enough and stems from close relationships with players and how tournaments have evolved in this country.

I don't think a €500 game should turn in a crapshoot never mind a €2k game. There's alot of old school TD's around that don't think the clock should be adjust no mather how bad the tournament had gone.

But is this not the reason we have tourny directors???

lol this gets better, 45 minute clock which is reduced to 30 minutes when final table starts

So Jude works his way to a substancial chip lead, the TD then steps in and reduces the clock thereby turning the tourny into a crapshoot, that's borderline theft imo.

thk god for most of the TDs over here, I reckon they'd rather take a finiancial hit than do this

fair play to Jude though just read this now as I mainly haunt the BBV thread 40k is a good score. very good player, UL Jude that is a disgrace.

Ahhh. Paris. Sorry, I was getting all confused there.

Nothing would surprise me in that place as far as Poker goes. Nothing. Being French beats a Royal Flush.

    Well done Jude though!
