why dont you get a 3v voucher instead, dont think paypal do
vouchers like that... with 3v they can lodge it to their own
    paypal a/c...:)

I checked up the 3v website. the said you have to register the 3v account number to the same billing address that bought it, but if for a present for somewhon the billing address will be different from the orginal buyer. i think thats how it goes anyways so i dont know if that would work.:o

You can do a paypal gift payment, this means the recipient doesn't pay fees for receipt of the funds

You have to be a business to set up Paypal gift vouchers, and even then, I think they're only valid on items you're selling.

In short, what you want, doesn't exist. The 3V route is maybe a possibility, but would be very long winded, and difficult to set up, since you'd be setting up a credit card in someone else's name. Not advised, as it could constitute fraud/identity theft.

You can send the other person a gift payment, through Paypal, if you have a Paypal account.

go to dundrum/blanch centre, get one of their gift cards
they are provided by mastercard, can be used anywhere that accepts mastercard, so should be able to use them online
