    Not a unique thread as it has been done on another popular Running site however i think it good idea.
    May give Runners new ideas for their own training schedules and allow them to tweak there existing ones
    Basically just leave a commment bout what training you did today and or how you felt?

    8km steady in ~40mins (tired after the club session yesterday). 22posts.

    4k warm up
    6 x 1 min hills
    1k warm down
    Felt lethargic, had a bit of a stomach bug - so that might account for that.

    This is a great idea , something like the training logs on the marathon/tri forum. Would be nice to see some of the logs of the Sprinters/Middle distance people too.

    I ran 48.30 minutes (Approx 6.5 - 6.8 miles). First 50-60% of run very good, but wind was against me coming home, got blown aroiund the place and last 8 minutes very painful between tiredness, wind and hills over last part of course!
