2 Broadband Lines Q

If I have 2 Broadband lines coming in, how can I 'toggle' between the two connections? From my basic knowledge both would be patched in to a patch panel hub, a Gateway IP is assigned, but I can only allocate 1 Gateway to my IP address on my PC? or can I set up 2? Or do I need 2 hubs?

I hope I have described the scenario correctly

    I get your scenario.

I don't think there's any consumer router that will do this for you, but you can just plug them both into the PC. Get a second network card, and plug them both in. Then tell windows to load balance across the two network cards.
