My sister ordered this laptop from laptop direct was about 40 euro cheaper yesterday when she ordered it.

Now they rang her today wondering if she wanted a virus package for 29 euro ,and a security check and to check the screen cos its comming straight from the factory for 39 euro. Or they would do both for 29 euro.

Any one else get this before. she has to ring them back ,,but i guess they wont send it till they get a reply.

Tell them if you wanted the 'extras' you'd have ordered them with your
original order. There is no excuse for charging you todays price when
you ordered yesterday. Tell them to fulfill the order as per your original
request and the price when order placed.

Plenty of free AV and security programs out there (AVG, Avast, Avira, etc).

Yea i ordered a laptop last night and they rang me this morning with the exact same questions. I hear their Customer Service is terrible so i hope i'm able to get hold of them as quickly as they got on to me if i have a problem.

It means that you are saying that you haven't opened the parcel and checked that it is undamaged.
