    im looking to buy chicken,beef and lamb flesh for dog food. can you go to a farmer or slaughter house and buy say 40 or 50 kg of necks,offal and the likes?

    If you want to buy non human food grade meat, from knackeries or such you need a meat feeders licence from the Department of Agriculture.

    You could try for small quantities out side your local dog track, sometimes there are guys there selling meat.

    Human quality meat can be bought in the normal way I believe.
