    was just wondering where or how to you apply for a 3 month visa to america of you are not a student and do you have to have a job to do so

    Are you planning on working in the US ?
    Getting a work permit for the US is a major task, see threads on Living Abroad

    If you have an Irish passport and no criminal record you do not need a visa to visit the US for a max stay of 90 days, you cannot work while there.

    You cannot work.
