Funding Opportunities

Hows does one go about finding out about funding opportunities? I know about IRCHSS, but I'm talking about any opportunities from Trustees, etc. Is the internet my best source? There are no other facilities?

findaphd.com - mainly uk but there is some Irish colleges.
