    Cheers.

Note: I'm not looking for recommendation on all laptops, just which of the two above would be the better buy (pro's and con's on each)

I know nothing about macs and not too sure if that description above refers to a particular type of mac book. It was all the description was in a buy and sell advert.

Budget: pc laptop will be roughly €500 incl. delivery and all that. Macbook laptop is €400

Intended use: college work, internet, e-mail, Word processing,

Mobility: mobility is not extremely important.

Warranty: pc laptop is brand new so has warranty, macbook laptop is 2nd hand, so not too sure about the warranty.

    Any help much appreciated.
