sage 50 help please

    Hi I am doing a bit of spring cleaning in sage 50. Is there a way that I can delete some of the products off of the system as I no longer use them??????

    Hi Brockbobbins

    You can delete any product codes which don't have transactions. To clear down Stock Transaction History go to Tools/period end/Clear Stock and you can enter a date in here to clear stock transactions to.

    Please take a backup prior to preceeding with this.
    Also Please note you can't selectively clear down stock transaction histories you clear the histories for all stock items.

    i amended some of the allocations to zero Qty and saved them but when i go into the product record it still says that it is allocated and when i back into amend them again they wont show up. :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:
