Hi there, I'm having trouble finding the plain Quorn fillets, haven't been able to get them for months. Not the breaded garlic and herb ones, but the plain ones.

I'm on the northside of Dublin and have tried Superquinn, Tesco, Dunnes, etc. They all used to stock them but not anymore.

Anyone know where I can get them?

ask the stores why they dont stock them and get others to do the same or else they wont bother bringing them back. supply = demand.

While talking about these, anybody know what shops sell the breaded quorn chicken Gruyère things, so nice.

I get them in tesco - sometimes - they often have the veggie freezer empty :( like yesterday.

Seeing as tons of niche Polish food stores opened here in the last few years It might be an idea for an enterprising one of you to consider opening a niche foodstore. I'm sure you would have good support from the vegan/vegetarian community.

(PS: I'm Not Vegan/Vegetarian but God knows we need more entrepreneurs)

Whats the range of Quorn foods like here?

I see Quorn Toad in the Hole, and I'm thinking is there any point in eating meat if I can have that!

    Also with Sandwich meats too.

Is the availability any good here?

Haven't been able to find quorn cooked meat slices or toad in the hole in the republic. I travel to sainsburys in the north to stock up about once a month.

Tesco in Artane has some good quorn (in fridge part as well as freezer part) and hummingbird health store is in the same complex and has a great stock and they'll order in anything you want!

I got them in Sainsbury's in Belfast recently, the ones in the bag. Haven't seen them around Dublin though.

What were you looking for? In tesco they usually have some of the range

Superquinn in Blackrock had a load of the Quorn Roasts, and they had all the other usual suspects - Rashers, Breaded Fillets, Southern Fried Burgers, Pieces and Mince, no frozen sausages but they did have chilled sausages and cottage pies.

I am a vegetarian and I know the trouble you have in finding those items. Tesco appear to have lessened the vegetarian part of the freezer section, at least they had in the store I was in last week. But sometimes if I cannot find any they may be found at a Health store.
    Good luck :)

I was in Tesco Clearwater last week and saw a LOAD of new Quorn products.

They had these... http://http://www.quorn.co.uk/CMSPage.aspx?ssbid=67&pid=149 as well as these...http://www.quorn.co.uk/CMSPage.aspx?ssbid=67&pid=138

I didn't buy them as they're not the sort of thing I think I'd like.

They didn't have any fillets, by the way!

They had a smallish selection in Dunnes Cornelscourt including the gruyere fillets and a few other bits and bobs.
