Where will I get a thumb screw for a Boss pedal? My mate's managed to lose one off of a pedal on me

Give any Boss dealer a ring (ie Xmuisc and Musicmaker) and if that fails, ebay.

Cheers, I'm going in to town today so I'll ask them. I've a funny feeling the answer will be no as I can't imagine them holding a surplus supply of spare screws. I was thinking that there might be a hardware shop somewhere that would have something similar.

    I don't do ebay.

Any Roland/Boss dealer should be able to get you parts, even if they're not carrying the part themselves. Those thumbscrews are pretty specific, I wouldn't be too confident on finding something that will fit the thread in the pedal without damaging it in any hardware shop around town.
