I have looked at the options for veterinary science and from what I see the best option is to retrain after I get my engineering degree. Hell, plenty of time. I am only 19 :D. What I need though is information about transferring to DCUs engineering department. I am in my second year of an honors degree course in computer and electrical engineering in ITB. How would I go about it? I don't mind if I have to transfer in a 3 year ordinary degree for example or repeat second year (as I hear you do).

Who would I e-mail about transferring? What would benefit me? If someone has done it previously please enlighten me.
