lost summons

    hi guys.. i got a court summons for no tax couple of months ago apperantly i was supposed to produce it i was never even sent a fine which i presume would have been the next stage!! anyway i have lost the summons and im almost certain its in the morning is there any way of checking this??

    Check the court website and see if you're listed...

    Go along in the morning then.

    Phone the courts service as early as you can to check.

    Have you spoken to a solicitor - they are likely to have the date.

    just cant seem to find a site with the listings of anyone.. ah ill just give em a bell in the morning..
