So what do you fashionable people think about the above boots? Normally boots and laces conjure up images of goths (nothing wrong with their style- just not me) but these caught my eye! Does anyone think they would look good with dresses aswell as jeans?? I'm not one to follow trends but I haven't seen alot of similar ones in the shops here. Thanks in advance for your advice/opinions! :D

The man from Del Monte says they be fugly I'm afraid.

I think they would be nicer if the heel and toe weren't such a slightly odd shape. And also if the laces were thinner. But I really really want a pair of lace up boots, I really love the style but not those particular ones!

Yeah looking at them again, the laces are awful and the toe has a funny kick to it... I'm sure you could get a nicer style of lace up somewhere.

Sorry but save your money they are so fugly.

I found these but are a little bit more expensive.

    or these http://www.barratts.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product1_10055_-1_14081_10553

You might be better getting a pair that won't date too quickly.

I like the style - very Victoriana - would definitely look great with jeans.

I'm not not mad about the colour - that brown leather doesn't look great quality.

Those boots are an offence! If they weren't brown they'd be a lot nicer. *Dallas recommended boots that are heaps better.

Nahhh i think they are fuggly, the ones Dallas reccommended are far better as everyone else has said.

They're nicer in the black style but the brown=fugly.

    I actually quite like them

Not really a fan, especially in the brown. I think they'd look much nicer in black.

I like the lace but i think the toe and the heal ruin them a bit, I think if the heal were higher and thiner and the toe less bulky the'd look cool... but then that would be pretty much a different boot:D

I love the style but the heel and toe are weird. There are much nicer ones than that available at the moment.

They're quite nice, there's a cute Victorian thing going on there, but the toe definitely looks odd. There are variations on this style available elsewhere which might be worth looking at.
