    anyone know which of the irish or UK TV stations is covering this, and how much of it, any one know the start times (GMT)

    of course, but thinking more towards rte or itv/bbc than the tabloid tv

    Here is the run down of the proceedings but i think rte coverage might not start until 4.40.

    I'm prob gonna go to Q bar on o'connell bridge to watch it with some friends they said they'd put it on for us. could be good craic!!!

    12.50pm Barack Obama attends the 'Church of the Presidents'

    3pm US President George W Bush greets President-elect Barack Obama at the White House

    4pm The official ceremony begins

    Programme as follows:

    Musical selection by the United States Marine Band
    Musical selection by San Francisco Boys Chorus and San Francisco Girls Chorus
    Call to order and welcoming remarks by California Senator Dianne Feinstein
    Invocation by pastor Rick Warren
    Musical selection by Aretha Franklin
    Oath of Vice President-elect Joe Biden, administered by Supreme Court Associate Justice John Paul Stevens
    Musical selection, featuring violinist Itzhak Perlman and cellist Yo-Yo Ma
    Oath of President-elect Barack Obama, administered by Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts
    Inaugural address by President Barack Obama
    Poem by Elizabeth Alexander

    The schedule seems to be lacking Bono- who can we thank for this?
