Aww, i've been big into that sorta music lately... Not exactly chuck berry but the 60's surf/rock n roll stuff.
But sadly i'm on the other side in dublin...

Cheers for the support anyhow..i really hope there are musicians around Galway into playing this style ..a band with a raw & fast rhythm & blues sound...time will tell!

Looks like i've got some competition over the other side now as i'm looking to set up quite a similar sounding band. Though with a bit more surf and folk influence than rock n roll and blues... Just good sounding chill out music and something to move to!
I'm not gonna rush it though. I need to become a better guitarist first...

Good luck with that... I guess the most important trait in music is the desire to play it..after that the techniques follow.. & if you meet musicians at a similar level then thats a good start point for the journey ahead!

Let us know how it goes!

The desire's there. But it keeps getting held back by the lack of skill and technique!
Anyway, good luck for you too!
I'll surely let you know when i get it together... And i'll keep an eye...er, ear on you guys too! Always good to see rising bands to help the much in rescue Irish music scene!

Yeah it always goes in cycles & the current electro 80's fixated scene is earmarked for eviction!

    Hail Hail Rock 'n Roll!
