    Hi,

I am looking to setup my UPC digital subscription to work through VMC. On reading a number of threads it appears that the FloppyDTV C\CI may be my best option. I was wondering if anyone has used this card and if it works well. Also as I have a subscription to UPC digital I was wondering if someone would know which CAM module works best.

Zeta CAM blue flashed with joker firmware. It is tricky because you also need your STB key and your valid subscription card.

Any CAM that supports Nagra will also work

Thanks mediacentre.ie. Will a nagra CAM work out of the box with my valid subscription card or does it also need to be flashed? I assume I can get the STB key by going to menu-settings-diagnostics in my STB?

Also does the Zeta CAM have any particular advantage over a Nagra CAM?

no most CAM's require programming. some online shops will do this for you.

No, trying to get your STB key is a very complex task. It can't be found in a menu.

you would be better off looking into a different forum than this.
