Cheapest Phone Line for Sky Multi Room

As the title says i need to get a phone line installed in order to get Sky multi room, has anyone any recomendations please, the cheaper the better obviously, i will not even have a phone in the house so dont want any free calls deals or anything, there's no other way round this ping the box rubbish is there? No way round it for multiroom.

Need an eircom line I'm afraid, 26pm. It'll cost the same from BT, UTV etc (who use eircoms lines)

Edit: Spoke to soon? Looks like Aquos76 has been using UPC phone for sky multiroom Oh the irony.
