Narrow fitting boots

Does anyone know where you can get made to measure boots apart from DUO boots? Or even a shop that has narrow fitting boots. I have thin legs and for years have been looking for knee high boots to fit but they all look like wellies. I have tried DUO twice but both times they didnt fit and I dont want to risk it again.…
