    I second the book, Just finished it and have started reading it again.
    There's sooo much to take in. Already I've improved my lifts ten fold.

    Takes about 10 days to get it from amazon

    I have the PDF too, but I have to say there's nothing more horrible than reading a book in PDF format. It's just weird, you need pages to turn!

    Buy the book yiz pikeys.

    Or (b) print it out in excellent low definition, complete with grainy photos and diagrams! Leaf through the information in your handy, difficult to read manilla folder.

    The man sat down and spent months writing a book, if you want it, buy it.

    hey, does anyone know where can I find that PDF laying on the net? I can't bring anything in from outside into my work enviroment (clean room, pharmaceuticals) but I can print out few pages inside and bin them after reading.

    I removed derekh85's post because it was copyrighted material. You can't get that information on boards.
