Hi all, Does anyone know what kind of insurance I need to take out on a site for an about to start new build? Is it just Public Liability? If so, where or who would offer this kind of coverage and roughly how much will it cost me? Any other relevant info I would need to know on this also greatly appreciated! cheers,

I got a best quote of €1100 for a 2075 sq ft bungalow just before x-mas.

Try Dolmen insurance brokers, Frost insurance & Campion insurance as I found them the most competitive.

Hiya, this is something I am looking into at the moment as well, need to get my insurance sorted soon. There was a thread here before about it which had handy info on it, if you just search on this forum for insurance it comes up (can't link to it sorry!). I'm still half confused as to what exactly I need to look out for in a policy as I have gotten qoutes that varied wildly.
