Wow Huey eh? Does it have to be that type? Im sure you'd have no problem hiring a chopper of the standard commercial types but I don't think I've ever seen a Huey in Ireland. Maybe UK or European operators? I'm sure some people on here will point you in the right direction though.

There is one based in Howth, private owner. A UH1B or C model or the civvie version thereof. I doubt if he would be in a position or have any interest in renting it out. Other than that there aren't any in the country.

There is another privately owned in Co. Galway. It hasn't flown in a while and a very much doubt the owner would want to rent it out. I would say your best bet would be to look for one in the UK. Maybe post the same question over in the helicopter forum on www.pprune.org.

Irish Helicopters used to have one (probably long gone at this stage).

I saw it once in Cork flying up along the River Lee (must be about 18 years ago - possibly during Tall Ships Race?) while I was standing on one of the bridges near the Custom House - fantastic sound - could have been 'nam except it was painted bright orange!

Anything turbine powered will be intensely expensive to rent - crew, ferrying, display, parts, maint - easily the guts of €10k for a day. You won't find one to rent in Ireland and unfortunately they're not permitted to cross the water to us because they're experimental. You'd find a Bell 206 easily though. Maybe one in black?

Absolutley. Was overflown by one in Vienna a couple of months ago. Amazing sound. Nearly made me spill my tea! Definitely sounds different than other choppers I have experienced.
