2 questions on wanted gear, digital desk and decible reader

    Looking at new gear for the year. A digital desk, have my eye on the yamaha ls9 16 channel. its around the 4.7k euro mark.

    Is this best in it class or are there other options for a 16 channel digi desk?

    Also looking for a Decible reader of sorts. Giggin live, havin level problems with a vocal and a keyboard. 3 keyboards going to KB players mini desk, Im getting 1 line from that desk. I want something that the KB player can plug into before i get the line so he can read his own level and doesnt have me constantly asking him to turn up and down. His own desks decibel reader isnt sufficient for this. Anything out there?
