    hi i work for a large company but within our office , none of the lads are union members - however i would still like to join , is this possible to do ?

    Is there much to be gained if there isn't a decent union presence in the company? What industry are you in?

    dont join a union its a waste of money.

    I would recommend joining a union. If there is no union presence in the job just apply for membership to your preferred union yourself.

    How on earth can anyone recommend either way without knowing what industry the OP works in?
