    Just got tipped off that there was trouble in central Dublin tonight.

    There has been a shooting in Dublin a few minutes ago.
    3 lads shot, 1 dead. Apparently he was the countries biggest heroine dealer.
    The word is that over the next few weeks (like Limerick) there will be more tit for tat shootings in retaliation and possibly a drug war that will escalate.
    This has apparently just happened so details will be sketchy till morning.

    Am I wrong in thinking that we should just sometimes let them all just shoot themselves. The downside being the scumbags will probably take a few innocents with them!
    How on earth do we beat these scumbags!

    Shooting was at 9pm.

    2 in Summerhill, one of them was the big dealer and so another shot in Swords.

    It says a lot when you get breaking news on a forum and not a word on Independent.ie hours after the event where I get my up-to-date (lolz) Irish news.

    Maybe the recession is affecting the demand for drugs so some of these lads are just being "layed off". I hope it means prices come down in the current economic environment. I'm sick of paying rip off prices and going to the North to feed my crystal meth habit. I don't need it by the way. It just helps me get through the day.
