    I was wondering what to get lo-caps or hi-caps for a G&G mp5?

just get mid caps, then if you want to play a low cap game just put 30 rounds in :)

Definitely go for mids, as puding says you can adjust how much ammo you require with mids

Mids are more useful. Handy for general skirmishing as well as ammo limited games. Low's aren't for everyone and the often the only advantage is magazines with fake rounds in them (a lá TM G36 locaps).

go for mids, you can adjust them for what ever type of game you are playing. Eg 30 bbs for milsim, or load them up full for a normal game. You can pick up a box of the badboys of eirsoft at a nice price

You can buy a box of mags too :D

Yeah I used to be hi-caps and then got opened to the wonderful world of mids. Most of the arguements for hi-mids I have to say, are pretty stupid and to me sound like a fanboi defending something, not really defendable.

For me the main reason I use mids is because it lets me reload and I dont have to wind. I am steadily leaning more to realism and milsim style gaming. And obviously, winding a mag is highly unrealistic.

Midcaps allow me more reloading in game which is serious fun ( now able to reload a m4 mag in roughly 1-2 seconds). I dont have to wind a mag, I just fire and forget.
I can drop my mids onto the ground, and know they wont break when I drop them.

For me they are the main points. I'd consider "rattling" a feeble debate. Granted i've sensitive hearing, but I can just as easy identify footsteps running along with the movement of equipment as easy as BB's rattling.

Hicaps are seriously easier to reload and contain more ammo. You will soon find out what you like in fairness.

If you just play skirmish type games all the time, you might find it a pain in the hole reloading midcaps constantly, like i do. And you may well stick with hicaps and I wont blame you for it.

I'm going to invest in 3 hicaps. Thats essentialy 6 midcaps, my usual loadout. And i dont have to dissapear every 30 mins to reload the bloody things.
