    Hi,

    i have been collecting Jobseekers benefit since May because I worked all year in 2006 ( the period that 2008 relates to) but during 2007 i only worked for 2 months, i dont know if i will have enough credits to recieve payment in 2009, will they cut me off ? ive had no contact from the dept. and its due tomorrow, what should i expect?

    No, once your awarded jobseekers benefit it won't be stopped like that. You were probably awarded it for 12 or 15 months.

    Youll be notified a while before it ends to tell you what to do.

    From my experience, no, you wont be stopped like that, they will be in touch.
