    Waste of time. People will put down what ever they they think sounds good and the firm will sign off on it because it looks bad that they didn't properly train someone if they don't.

    I was told that the only reason we have it is so the institute has some back up in case they are ever sued for the lack of competance of one of their members. They can point to this and any potential liability will pass on to the firm. This could be *** **** though.
