    Hi all,

does anyone know of an online shop in the UK/NI that delivers LCD TV's to Ireland for a reasonable price. Most i have seen deliver to the UK only or charge 120-200 to deliver here.

I think Pixmania do but I don't know what their shipping costs are for a TV.

Not sure if its an option for you to travel to collect, but komplett.ie have a collect option from their warehouse in Blanchardstown which usually costs around €12.

The couriered delivery costs however for TVs tends to be in the 120-200 range as you've seen elsewhere.

I got a TV a year ago from directtvs.co.uk - good prices and the service/delivery was prompt. I've also used their sister site laptopsdirect.

And as already posted - Komplet and pixmania

I've used Komplet twice before - also prompt efficient service.

Also I think richersounds.ie deliver from Belfast

all of them should be courier deliveries - and your delivery prices sound about right - even with the delivery charge it is cheaper than buying locally - unless you fancy the drive to Newry.

Laptops Direct.ie Just recieved 40" tv and home cinema kit, all delivered for £50. Good value, but maybe not as extensive a range as some other places.

Thanks to all for the replies!!!!

http://www.directtvs.co.uk/ seems to be marginaly cheaper than laptops direct for what i'm looking for. Pixmania and Komplett are no cheaper than currys at the moment for tv's.they were the first place i went to.

    Cheers again ppl

You should check out richersounds in Belfast, use the English site for a more comprehensive list of what available and prices.

As they have a price beat guarantee they may work out cheaper, especially as delivery is only £20 for boardsies.

Thread moved to Online Buying forum, where I think it's better suited.
