    hey all

Maybe there's a thread already but advice sought - guitarist / beginner piano player thinking of buying a keyboard for

    - home recording (with garagebands)
    - doesn't need to have millions of sounds / effects as the ones on garagebands sound ok for my home demo needs ( but fed up of using a typewriter keyboard...)
    - also for playing live - ideally decent piano, elec piano and organ sounds. I like classic "analougue" synth sounds too but not vital I suppose
    - doesn't have to be full size
    - budget c. €500 (better to go 2nd hand??) or go a bit higher for something which last / keep value

any tips on right keyboard and where to get?

    Thanks a mil

    Rocky
