Getting a suit jacket altered?

So i decided to order some clothes off the topman website, cause i've been shopping there since i was 14 and pretty much know my sizes off for everything, i bought a suit on it cause it was 60 euro where as here it'd be 200 but the suit is 40 at the waist where as i'm a 38 if i brought this to places that do alterations…
